Steps Up to the Plate
At Home Sellers

SOUTH PORTLAND — Mike Volkernick, residential real estate broker with Home Sellers of Maine, has announced the formation of The Home Team of Maine.

The new team, still affiliated with Home Sellers, includes Volkernick’s wife, Sandra, as team coordinator. Other members are expected to be announced soon.

“By putting together this team, we feel we can best serve our many clients throughout Cumberland and York counties,” says Volkernick, honored by Home Sellers as its top listing broker in 2003. “Whether they’re selling their home or are in the market to buy one, our clients can feel confident that they have a team working for them.”

Volkernick, who resides in Scarborough, has been with Home Sellers for seven years. In addition to being the agency’s top listing broker last year, he was named to the President’s Club for total sales volume.

A part-time firefighter in Scarborough and Gorham, Volkernick is committed to both his community and profession. On the job, he says, “I’m dedicated to serving my clients above and beyond what they expect.”

While new to the real estate industry, Sandra Volkernick brings a wealth of customer service experience to the job. “As coordinator, she’s a key player on this team,” says Volkernick.
